Short Title, Extent And Commencement

1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement:
(1) This Act may be called the “Diplomatic Privilege and Immunities of Foreign States and Representatives Act, 2027 (1970)”.
(2) This Act shall extend to the whole of Nepal,
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately
